Back panel connections
1 1 1 1 AUX 2 - input sockets
Universal pre-amplifier input.
2 2 2 2 AUX 1 - input sockets
Universal pre-amplifier input.
3 3 3 3 GND
Connect the earth lead of the source devices to this
terminal in order to avoid audible hum (see 'Front panel
controls, Float').
4 4 4 4 AUX/PH input sockets
Universal pre-amplifier input
A B G10 turntable with an integral phono pre-amplifier
can be connected to this input.
Other turntables can be connected using the B
PH2000 phono pre-amplifier, which is available as an
optional accessory.
5 5 5 5 TUNER - input sockets
Input sockets for connecting high-level signal sources
such as tuner.
6 6 6 6 DISC - input sockets
Input sockets for connecting a disc player (CD, DVD
or SACD player).
7 7 7 7 RECORDER
Input and output sockets for connecting a device which
can record and play back (tape, CDR recorder etc.).
8 8 8 8  SURROUND INTERFACE
(TASI)
This normalised  interface is designed for looping a
 surround decoder into the system.
9 9 9 9 OUT R / OUT L
Asymmetrical pre-amplifier output

BAL OUT
Symmetrical pre-amplifier output
We recommend that you use this output if the connected
device is fitted with symmetrical inputs, especially if you
are using long connecting leads (active loudspeakers) or
power amplifiers positioned immediately adjacent to the
speakers.

Control output for  devices with R LINK inputs.
    PHONES (headphone socket)
Socket for stereo headphones with an impedance of at
least 50 Ω.
    RS 232
Control socket for remote control of the P10, and for
integration into a networked multi-media system.
