function of the
LF213T-ID
The data for the automatic sensor recognition is stored in the plug-in
connector of the LF213T-ID conductivity measuring cell. Among other, the
data comprises the sensor type and series number. In addition, calibration
data is written in the sensor with each calibration. When the sensor is
connected, the data is recalled by the meter and used for measurement and
measured value documentation. Even if the sensor is used with several
meters, the correct cell constant is always used automatically because the
calibration data is stored in the sensor.
To be able to use the automatic sensor recognition function, a meter is
required that supports this function. For further details on automatic sensor
recognition, refer to the operating manual of the meter.
