The serial port

(#11) can be used to control the PSM-10 through an external device, like a remote

control system for a complete conference room and for image transfer with the camera control program
(the camera control program can be download from our homepage www.wolfvision.com/support).

FIRMWARE UPGRADES

The software (firmware) of

can easily be upgraded to the latest version.

First download the latest firmware and WolfVision's Camera Control Software from Wolfvision's internet
homepage at

www.wolfvision.com/support.

Then connect the PSM-10 to your computer and run the Camera Control Software. More details on the
firmware updates can be found on WolfVision's internet homepage.

The firmware

update can be done via RS-232.

For RS-232 connection, use a crossed serial RS-232 cable (Nullmodem-cable).

EXTERNAL INFRARED (IR) SENSOR

In some rooms the built-in IR-receiver may not be
enough. In this case connect the supplied external IR-
receiver to the IR-SENSOR plug

(#12) and position the

IR-sensor somewhere on the ceiling (or in the room)
where users normally point the remote control at.

POWER PLUG

The connected power supply has to be approved to UL or CSA in accordance to
CSA 22.2-60950 or UL 1950 and the power supply output has to be LPS (limited
power source) rated.
