2 Funktion und Anwendung
Durch Belüftung des Druckluftanschlus-
ses
¬ bewegt sich ein Kolben. Über
eine Mechanik wird die axiale Kolbenbe-
wegung in eine rotatorische Bewegung
umgewandelt und auf die Greifbacken
® übertragen. An den Greifbacken wer-
den Greiffinger befestigt. Bei Entlüftung
des Greifers sorgt eine Rückstellfeder
für die Rückführung der Greiffinger in
die Ausgangsposition. Durch das
Schließen (HGWM-...-EO-...)/Öffnen
(HGWM-...-EZ-...) der Greiffinger kön-
nen Nutzlasten festgehalten werden.
Der Greifer ist einfachwirkend mit in
Grundstellung geöffneten (HGWM-...-
EO-...) bzw. geschlossenen (HGWM-...-
EZ-...) Greifbacken.
Der HGWM-... wird bestimmungsgemäß
zum Greifen und Festhalten von Nutzla-
sten eingesetzt.
Function and application
When compressed air is applied to con-
nection
¬, a piston moves. A mechani-
cal device converts the axial piston mo-
vement into a rotary movement which is
then transferred to the gripping jaws
®.
Gripping fingers are fastened to the
gripping jaws. When the gripper is ex-
hausted, a reset spring returns the grip-
ping fingers to the starting position.
Loads can be held by the gripping fin-
gers when they close (HGWM-...-EO-...)
or open (HGWM-...-EZ-...).
The gripper is single-acting with grip-
ping jaws open in the basic position
(HGWM-...-EO-...) or with jaws closed in
the basic position (HGWM-...-EZ-...).
The HGWM-... has been designed for
gripping and holding tight work loads.
