•Operation
General
The UPI/R converts a current or voltage signal to a pulse rate
proportional to the input signal level. It also has a display that shows
the output frequency and a single channel alarm built in.
The pulse output is a SPDT relay contact, which can be operated up
to a maximum frequency of 25 Hz. The mark/space ratio of the output
pulse can be set to give an even or a fixed (30 mS) pulse width.
Cleaning
The case can be wiped with a damp cloth. De-energise the unit before
cleaning.
Over-rangedisplay
When the input signal is outside the programmed input range the
display will show Ovr for over-range or -Ovr for under-range.
