INSTALLATION AND PUTTING INTO OPERATION
➔ Installation position as desired, preferably with vertical drive axis. Leave
approx. 20 cm space above/to the side of rotary actuator.
➔ Align the actuator spindles and positioning element to coincide for
engagement of the quadrant (manual operation), and:
• Remove in addition in dead status the cover.
• Push manual emergency spindle with screwdriver until engaged with
gear and set to desired position by turning the drive spindle.
NOTE The Actuator must not run against and external stop or be
blocked.
➔ The position actuator on standard flange ans secure with M6 or M8 screws.
NOTE Do not turn the actuator beyond normal positioning range,
since otherwise alignment of the limit switches with the position
of the drive spindle is no longer guaranteed.
