Pipettieren
Probe aufnehmen
- Spitze einmal mit der Probenflüssigkeit
vorspülen.
1. Seitlichen Pipettierknopf bis zum
ersten Anschlag (A) drücken.
2. Pipettenspitze 2-3 Millimeter in die
Probe eintauchen.
3. Pipettierknopf gleichmäßig zurück-
gleiten lassen.
Pipetting
Aspirating the sample
- Rinse the tip once with the sample
liquid.
1. Press the lateral pipetting key to the
first stop (A).
2. Immerse the pipette tip 2-3 millimeters
into the sample.
3. Let the pipetting key slide back slowly.
Note:
Leave the tip immersed in the liquid
for about another second to avoid the
intake of air.
4. Lightly wipe the tip against the wall of
the vessel.
Note:
Don’t lay the instrument horizontal
when the tip is filled, or liquid may
penetrate inside the instrument.
Hinweis:
Damit keine Luft angesaugt wird:
Spitze noch ca. 1 sec. eingetaucht
lassen.
4. Spitze an der Gefäßwand leicht ab-
streifen.
Hinweis:
Gerät mit gefüllter Spitze nicht hinlegen,
da sonst Medium in das Gerät fließen
kann!
