6. Drehen Sie die Kontermuttern fest.
Je nach Einstellung sind bis zu drei
Kontermöglichkeiten gegeben.
7. Verschieben Sie von Hand den Läufer
gegen die Stoßdämpferkraft in die End-
lage.
Der Stoßdämpfer darf im Betrieb
nicht durchschlagen. Der Abstand s
muß deshalb stets größer 0,5 mm
bleiben (max. Dämpfung).
Bei Abstand s < 0,5 mm:
8. Wiederholen Sie Punkt 3 bis 6 mit kor-
rigiertem Maß x.
Die bewegliche Masse soll die Endla-
ge sicher erreichen, aber nicht hart
anschlagen.
9. Montieren Sie die Nutzlast erst nach
dem Prüfen einer notwendigen Masse-
reduzierung wieder auf dem Läufer.
6. Tighten the lock nuts.
Depending on the setting, there are
up to three locking possibilities.
7. Push the slide by hand into the end po-
sition against the force of the shock ab-
sorber.
The shock absorber must not strike
the stop during operation. The distan-
ce "s" must always remain greater
than 0.5 mm (max. cushioning).
If distance "s" is less than 0.5 mm
8. Repeat points 3 to 6 with corrected di-
mension "x".
The movable mass should reach the
end position, but not strike against it.
9. Replace the work load on the slide
only after the check whether the mass
needs to be modified.
