4. Guiding of conduits to Fiber
Tray:
Use supplied labels to number the
FiberTrays.
Number the FiberTrays from bottom
to top for bottom cable entry.
Number the FiberTrays from top to
bottom for top cable entry.
4. Führen von Schutzrohren zum
FiberTray:
Die FiberTrays mit den Etiketten
nummerieren.
Bei Kabeleintritt von unten erfolgt die
Nummerierung von unten nach oben.
Bei Kabeleintritt von oben erfolgt die
Nummerierung von oben nach unten.
Straighten the conduits before
mounting into the NGR.
Cut the cables according to the table.
In case that two conduits are fed per
Fiber Tray: use double the quantity
listed in the table. Position Quantity Length(mm)
1-10 10 1000
11-20 10 1300
21-30 10 1400
31-40 10 1600
41-50 10 1800
51-60 10 2100
61-70 10 2300
71-80 10 2500
Die Schutzrohre vor der Montage in
den NGR gerade biegen.
Schutzrohrlängen gemäss Tabelle
zuschneiden.
Falls zwei Schutzrohre pro FiberTray
verwendet werden, ist die doppelte
Menge wie in der Tabelle angegeben
vorzubereiten.
Fix number clips on the conduits to
identify them easily.
Important: label all conduits with the
number of the Fiber Tray which they
are guided to.
Um die Schutzrohre später einfach
identifizieren zu können, sollen an
ihnen Nummerklips befestigt werden.
Wichtig: Alle Schutzrohre, die zu
einem FiberTray führen, mit der
Nummer des FiberTrays beschriften.
Strip the cable according the picture.

Fiber Tray 1-10: 2.5m
Fiber Tray 11-20: 2.8m
Fiber Tray 21-30: 2.9m
Fiber Tray 31-40: 3.1m
Fiber Tray 41-50: 3.3m
Fiber Tray 51-60: 3.6m
Fiber Tray 61-70: 3.8m
Fiber Tray 71-80: 4.0m
Isoliere das Kabel gemäss Abbildung
ab. Länge A:
FiberTray 1-10: 2.5m
FiberTray 11-20: 2.8m
FiberTray 21-30: 2.9m
FiberTray 31-40: 3.1m
FiberTray 41-50: 3.3m
FiberTray 51-60: 3.6m
FiberTray 61-70: 3.8m
FiberTray 71-80: 4.0m
Feed the loose tubes into the
conduits.
Führe die Bündeladern in die
Schutzrohre ein.
