Jenway empfiehlt alle 6 Monate eine Kalibrierung der Mikrovolumen-Messzelle. Das Spektralphotometer
Genova Nano wird mit einem Satz von Kalibrierlösungen (Artikelnummer 035 092) ausgeliefert.
5.1 KALIBrIErLÖSuNGEN (035 092)
Der mitgelieferte Kalibrierlösungssatz besteht aus
zwei Fläschchen.
1. Matrix-Blindprobe (Weiß)
2. Referenzprobe – Kalibrierstandard (Blau), 10 x
Auf dem mitgelieferten Kalibrierzertifikat sind die
zertifizierten Absorptionswerte des Kalibrierstandards
und die Schichtdicke, bei der diese Werte ermittelt
wurden, aufgeführt.
5.2 KALIBrIErVErfAHrEN für dIE MESSzELLE
5.2.1 Einstellungen für die Mikrovolumen-Messzelle
Drücken Sie in einem beliebigen Betriebsmodus des
Genova Nano auf die Taste unter dem Symbol für die
Mikrovolumen-Messzelle, um auf die Einstellungen
für die Mikrovolumen-Messzelle zuzugreifen.
5.2.2 Kalibrierstandard – dateneingabe
1. Geben Sie die Werte für die DNA-Standardlösungen
A260 und A330 vom mitgelieferten Kalibrierzertifikat
unter den Messzelleneinstellungen ein. Drücken Sie
dazu jeweils auf die Taste neben dem Symbol für den
Kalibrierstandardwert.

Jenway recommends that the micro volume accessory is calibrated every 6 months. A set of
calibration solutions (Part code 035 092) are supplied with the Genova Nano spectrophotometer.
5.1 CALIBRATION SOLUTIONS (035 092)
The supplied calibration solution set consists of
two vials.
1. Matrix Blank (White)
2. 10x ref - Calibration Standard (Blue)
A calibration certificate is supplied that details the
certified absorbance values of the calibration
standard and the path length at which these values
were determined.
5.2 ACCESSORY CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
5.2.1 Micro Volume Accessory Settings
The micro volume accessory settings can be
accessed by pressing the key below the Micro
Volume Accessory icon in any of the Genova
Nano’s operating modes.
5.2.2 Calibration Standard - Data Entry
1. Enter the A260 and A330 DNA standard
solution values from the supplied calibration
certificate into the accessory settings by
pressing the key adjacent to the Calibration
Standard Value icon.
