Accessory Calibration and Verification

If an error message is displayed during the accessory calibration and verification procedure,
refer to Section 9 for further details.

1. The accessory calibration sequence is initiated

by pressing the key adjacent to the Path
Length Calibration icon.

2. The Air Measurement icon will be displayed.

Use a lint free cloth to clean the upper and
lower read heads, close the instrument lid and
press the key adjacent to the tick icon to
continue. Pressing the key adjacent to the
cross icon will return the instrument to the
micro volume accessory settings menu screen.

3. Geben Sie die angegebene Schichtdicke (1,0 mm

für die Kalibrierlösung aus dem mitgelieferten
Satz) für die DNA-Standardlösungswerte, in mm,
in die Messzelleneinstellungen ein. Drücken Sie
dazu die Taste neben dem Symbol „Schichtdicke
des Kalibrierstandards“.

1. Starten Sie die Kalibriersequenz für die Messzelle.

Drücken Sie dazu die Taste neben dem Symbol
für die Schichtdickenkalibrierung.

2. Das Symbol „Luftmessung“ wird angezeigt.

Verwenden Sie ein fusselfreies Tuch, um den
oberen bzw. unteren Lesekopf zu reinigen.
Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel und drücken
Sie auf die Taste neben dem Häkchen-Symbol,
um fortzufahren. Drücken Sie auf die Taste
neben dem Kreuz-Symbol, um wieder zum
Bildschirm mit dem Menü „Einstellungen“ für
die Mikrovolumen-Messzelle zu wechseln.

Das Gerät nimmt fünf Messungen (dunkel bzw.
hell) bei 260 und 330 nm und den Schichtdicken
0,5 und 0,2 mm vor.
