ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Das Stellventil darf nur durch fachkundiges und
unterwiesenes Personal unter Beachtung
anerkannter Regeln der Technik eingebaut, in
Betrieb genommen und gewartet werden. Dabei
ist sicherzustellen, dass Beschäftigte oder Dritte
nicht gefährdet werden. Fachkundiges Personal
sind Personen, die mit Montage und
Inbetriebnahme des Produktes vertraut sind und
über die ihrer Tätigkeit entsprechenden
Qualifikationen verfügen.
Die in dieser Anleitung aufgeführten Warn-
hinweise, besonders für Einbau, Inbetriebnahme
und Wartung sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Die Stellventile erfüllen die Anforderungen der
europäischen Drückgeräterichtlinie 97/23/EG.
Bei Ventilen, die mit einem CE-Zeichen
gekennzeichnet sind, gibt die Konformitäts-
erklärung Auskunft über das angewandte
Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren.
Zur sachgemässen Verwendung ist sicher-
zustellen, dass das Stellventil nur dort zum
Einsatz kommt, wo Betriebsdruck und
Temperaturen die bei der Bestellung zugrunde
gelegten Auslegungskriterien nicht über-
schreiten. Für Schäden, die durch äussere Kräfte
oder andere äussere Einwirkungen entstehen, ist
der Hersteller nicht verantwortlich!
Gefahr!
Beim Einbau und bei Wartungsarbeiten am
Stellventil ist sicherzustellen, dass der
betroffene Anlagenteil drucklos gemacht und je
nach Medium auch entleert worden ist.
Montage- und Wartungsarbeiten nur im kaltem
Zustand durchführen!
Die zum Ventilantrieb führenden
pneumatischen, hydraulischen und elektrischen
Leitungen abschalten und gegen
unbeabsichtigtes Wieder- einschalten sichern.
Bei Stellventilen mit Membranantrieben ist
besondere Vorsicht geboten, wenn die
Antriebsfedern vorgespannt sind. Bei Arbeiten
am Ventil muss zuerst die Federvorspannung
aufgehoben werden.
The control valve may only be mounted,
started up or serviced by fully trained an
qualified staff, observing the accepted
industry codes and practices. Make sure
employees or third persons are not exposed
to any danger.
All safety instructions and warning in these
mounting and operating instructions,
particulary those concerning assembly,
start-up and maintenance, must be
observed.
The control valve fulfill the requirements of
the European Pressure Equipment Directive
97/23/EC. Valves with the CE-marking
have a declaration of conformity that
includes information about the applied
conformity assessment procedure.
For appropriate operation, make sure that
the control valve is only used in areas
where the operating pressure and
temperatures do not exceed the oparating
values which are based on the valve sizing
data submitted in the order. The
manufacturer does not assume any
responsibility for damage caused by
external forces or any other external
influence!
Danger!
For installation and maintenance work on
the valve, make sure the relevant section of
the pipeline is depressurized and, depending
on the process medium, drained as well.
Installation and maintenance work should
only be carried out when the system is cold.
Disconnect all pneumatic, hydraulic and
electric tubes / lines and protect them
against unintentional insertion process.
Special care is needed when the
actuator(Diaphragm)springs are preten-
sioned. Prior to starting any work on the
valve, you must relieve the compression
from the pretensioned springs.
