Funktion und Anwendung
Durch wechselweise Belüftung der
Druckluftanschlüsse bewegt sich der In-
nenläufer im Rohr hin und her. Die Be-
wegung wird durch eine starre Verbin-
dung auf den äußeren Läufer übertra-
gen. Der dazu notwendige Schlitz im
Zylinderrohr wird durch ein Bandsystem
abgedichtet. Der DGPI(L)-... wird platz-
sparend zum pneumatischen Positionie-
ren eingesetzt. Das integrierte Weg-
meßsystem ist vorgesehen zum An-
schluß an den Achscontroller für Tem-
posonics SPC-100-M-...
Voraussetzungen für den
Produkteinsatz
Allgemeine, stets zu beachtende Hin-
weise für den ordnungsgemäßen und si-
cheren Einsatz des Produkts:

Halten Sie die angegebenen Grenz-
werte ein (z.B. für Drücke, Kräfte,
Momente, Massen, Geschwindigkei-
ten, Temperaturen).
•
Sorgen Sie für ordungsgemäß aufbe-
reitete, trockene, ungeölte Druckluft.
•
Berücksichtigen Sie die vorherrschen-
den Umgebungsbedingungen.
Function and application
The internal slide moves backwards and
forwards in the barrel by means of air
applied to each side alternately. The
transfer of movement to the outer slide
is made via a fixed coupling. The
necessary slot in the cylinder barrel is
then sealed by a band system.
The DGPI(L)-... is used for space-saving
pneumatic positioning. The integrated
measuring system is intended for con-
nection to the axis controller for Tempo-
sonics SPC-100-M-....
