Beim DGPI(L)-... kann eine der beiden
Zylinderkammern nur über die interne
Luftzuführung belüftet werden.
Beim servopneumatischen Positionieren
ermöglicht die interne Luftzuführung des
DGPI(L)-... gutes Positionierverhalten,
auch bei Zylinderlängen >=600 mm.
elektrisch
•
Drehen Sie die mitgelieferte Schraube
mit Schneidgewinde in die Bohrung für
den Erdungsanschluß (10) ein.
Dadurch ist trotz Eloxalschicht der
elektrische Kontakt gewährleistet.
•
Verkabeln Sie den Erdungsanschluß
(10) mit Erdpotential.
- Kabelquerschnitt mind. 1,5
mm
2
- Kabellänge max. 10 m.

Verkabeln Sie den Meßsysteman-
schluß mit dem Achscontroller
SPC 100.
Hierzu ist nur das Originalkabel zu ver-
wenden. PIN-Belegung siehe Bild 11.

Beachten Sie, daß sich der im Kolben
eingebaute Permanentmagnet nur
zum Betrieb des integrierten Meßsy-
stems eignet. Der Einsatz von magne-
tisch betätigten Näherungsschaltern
wird nicht unterstützt.
On the DGPI(L)-..., one of the two cylin-
der chambers can only be pressurized
via the internal air supply.
During servopneumatic positioning, the
internal air supply of the DGPI(L)-... per-
mits accurate positioning, even with cy-
linders longer than 600 mm.
Electric
•
Insert the screw with cutting thread
supplied into the hole for the earthing
connection (10) and tighten.
The electrical contact is thereby gua-
ranteed despite the anodized layer.
•
Connect the earthing cable (10) to
earth potential.
- cable cross section at least 1.5 mm
2
- cable length max. 10 m.
•
Connect the measuring system cable
to the axis controller SPC 100.
Only the original cable may be used
here. For pin assignment see Fig. 11.

Please note that the permanent ma-
gnet fitted in the piston is only suitable
for operating the integrated measuring
system. It is not possible to use ma-
gnetically actuated proximity switches.
