pneumatischen Not-Aus-Schaltung.

Wegeventil vom Typ MPYE-... zur
Ansteuerung des DGPI(L)-....
Verschlauchung ohne pneumatische
Not-Aus-Schaltung siehe Bild 10.
Das MPYE-... dient zur Geschwindig-
keitssteuerung und zum Positionieren
von Zylindern.

Prüfen Sie die Notwendigkeit von ge-
steuerten Rückschlagventilen
Typ HGL-... (mit hohem Durchfluß)
Bei Druckabfall in senkrechter oder
schräger Einbaulage vermeiden Sie
damit ein plötzliches Abgleiten der be-
weglichen Masse.

Wählen Sie die geeigneten Druckluft-
anschlüsse.
Die Druckluftanschlüsse neben dem
Meßsystemanschluß sind ab Werk
hierfür vorgesehenen. Die Alternativ-
anschlüsse sind mit Blindstopfen ver-
schlossen.
Pneumatic

Check whether a pneumatic emergen-
cy stop circuit is necessary.
•
Use a proportional directional control
valve of type MPYE-... for controlling
the DGPI(L)-.... For connecting the tu-
bing without the emergency stop
circuit see Fig. 10.
The MPYE-... is used for controlling
the speed of cylinders and for posi-
tioning them.
•
Check whether open loop controlled
non-return valves Type HGL-... are re-
quired (with a high flow rate).
Use these valves to prevent the mov-
able mass from sliding down suddenly
if there is a drop in pressure when the
cylinder is fitted in a vertical or
diagonal position.
•
Select suitable compressed air con-
nections.
The compressed air connections next
to those for the measuring system are
intended for this purpose. The alternati-
ve connections are sealed with blind
plugs.
