Drehen Sie die Befestigungsschrau-
ben gleichmäßig fest.
Bei einer zusätzlichen Führung der
Nutzlast muß beim DGPI-... der not-
wendige Freiheitsgrad zwischen Läu-
fer und Masse eingehalten werden.
•
Plazieren Sie Ihre Nutzlast so auf
dem Läufer, daß das Kippmoment
aus der Kraftkomponente F parallel
zur Zylinderachse und dem Abstand
a klein bleibt.
Bewegliche Masse
= Nutzlast + Läufermasse
Bei DGPIL-Zylindern:
•
Verwenden Sie Nutensteine vom Typ
NSTL-... zum Anschrauben der Nutz-
last.
Maße der Nutsteine siehe Bild 9.
•
Lassen Sie die blauen Kunststoffkap-
pen an den Abschlußdeckeln aufge-
steckt.
Diese schützen die Spannvorrichtung
des Bandsystems vor Verschmutzung.
•
Tighten the fastening screws with the
same torque.
If the work load is additionally guided,
the necessary tolerance between the
slide and the load must be maintained.
•
Place the work load on the slide so
that the torque from the force compo-
nents "F" remains parallel to the cylin-
der axis and so that distance "a" re-
mains small.

With DGPIL cylinders:
•
Use sliding blocks of type NSTL-... for
fastening the work load.
Dimensions of sliding blocks see
Fig. 9.
•
Leave the blue plastic caps on the
end covers.
These protect the clamping device of
the band system against dirt.
