Belüften Sie Ihre gesamte Anlage lang-
sam.
Zur langsamen Einschaltbelüftung
dient das Sicherheits-Einschaltventil
Typ MFHE-... oder VLHE-...
Einzelgerät
1. Stellen Sie sicher, daß im Verfahr-
bereich des DGPI(L)-...
– niemand in die Laufrichtung der
beweglichen Masse greift (z.B.
durch Schutzgitter)
– sich keine Fremdgegenstände
befinden.
2. Drehen Sie die Stellschrauben für die
Endlagendämpfung ganz zu.
3. Belüften Sie den DGPI(L)-... folgender-
maßen:
– Gleichzeitige Belüftung beider Seiten.
Der Läufer kriecht zunächst gering-
fügig vorwärts bis er in einer Stellung
stehen bleibt.
– Anschließende Entlüftung einer Seite.
Der Läufer fährt in eine Endlage.

Slowly pressurize the complete sy-
stem.
The safety start-up valve type MFHE-
... or VLHE-... should be used for gra-
dual pressurization when starting.
Individual cylinder
1. Make sure that:
– all operating personnel are clear of
the positioning range of the DGPI(L)
(e.g. by means of a protective
screen)
– there are no objects in the path of the
movable mass.
2. Screw in completely the adjusting
screws for the end position cushioning.
3. Pressurize the DGPI(L)-... as follows:
– First pressurize both sides
simultaneously. The slide will creep
forwards at first until it comes to rest
at a position.
– Then pressurize one side.
The slide will move to an end position.
In this way you can prevent excessive
