The CD-ROM “HMI Designer” contains an online documentation for HMI Designer. This documentation
in PDF format is saved in the directory “Manuals”.
• The Adobe ® Acrobat ® Reader required to display and print out the documentation can also be
found on the CD-ROM “HMI Designer”.

If the Adobe ® Acrobat ® Reader has not been installed on your PC yet, please proceed as follows:
1. Start Windows.
2. Insert the CD-ROM “HMI Designer” into your CD-ROM drive.
3. Select
Run... from the start menu.
4. Enter the letter for your CD-ROM drive followed by “ :\acrobat\de\ar405deu.exe” in the
command line (e.g. ” e:\acrobat\de\ar405deu.exe“).
5. Confirm with OK and follow the instructions of the installation program.
