Equipmentrequirements
• Suitable precision 50 Ω, 200 Ω, 1 kΩ, 5 kΩ resistors (±0.05 % or
better accuracy)
• An Rtd simulator with ±0.05 % or better accuracy
• An accurate digital multimeter (accurate to 0.05 mV and ±0.1 μA)
