All shafts in position
● Utilized with controller N 242.
When all shafts are in position and the current value is in alignment with
target, the controller display will read „PROF: profile name IN POSITI-
ON“. There is one more relay output available, for example for product
release.
● Utilized with user-specific control
The Check command enables the control to poll the networked position
displays continuously, checking whether the shafts are in position. This
information for example may be utilized as a product release.
5 System conjunctions
Position displays networked to controller or user-specific control
N 153 and N 143 position displays are connected to each other by RS485 in-
terface and directly networked to controller N 242 or a user-specific control.
The controller intended for front panel installation serves as operating and
memory unit where up to 100 profiles (formats) for max. 32 shafts can be sa-
ved and recalled by the press of a button.
Gateway GK473 makes the system bus capable, i.e. capable to communicate
with master controls. By gateway the bus data are transmitted to the RS485
network of the position displays and vice-versa.
