Inserting/replacing the batteries
♦ Unlock the battery compartment and pull the battery compart-
ment down and out of the appliance.
♦ Remove the discharged batteries.
♦ Insert 2 Type AA batteries (LR06-Mignon) into the battery
compartment. Ensure that the polarities are correct.
♦ Push the battery compartment back in the appliance until it
clicks into place.
The display is switched on, the system time starts at 0:00 and
the hour display blinks for a short time.
