Prinzip der Bajonettverriegelung (BV-System) Principle of the bayonet locking (BV system)
Steckvorgang:
Zum Stecken müssen sich die Markierungen auf dem Stecker
und der Einbaudose axial gegenüberstehen. Steckverbindung
bis zum Anschlag zusammenstecken, dann mit axialem Druck
tiefer stecken und gleichzeitig 90° nach rechts drehen (vom
Stecker aus in Steckrichtung gesehen), bis die Verriegelung
einrastet�
Vorsicht: Bei einer Drehbewegung über 90° wird der Trenn-
vorgang wieder eingeleitet�
Mating:
In order to plug the coupling together, the marks on on the
plug and the panel receptacle must be in line with each other�
Press the parts together as far as the stop, then press deeper
with axial pressure and at the same time turn 90° to the right
(seen from the plug in the direction of insertion) until the latch
engages�
Caution: If the plug is rotated more than 90°, the disconnec-
tion process is initiated once more�
Prüfvorgang:
Durch eine Drehbewegung (ohne tiefer stecken) prüfen ob die
Verriegelung im Eingriff ist�
Durch Zug prüfen, ob die Verbindung in dieser Position mecha-
nisch nicht mehr getrennt werden kann�
Checking:
By a turning movement (without inserting more deeply) check
whether the locking device is engaged�
Pull to check that the coupling can no longer be mechanically
disconnected when in this position�
Trennvorgang:
Zum Lösen die Steckverbindung zunächst axial tiefer stecken
und gleichzeitig um 90° nach links drehen (vom Stecker aus
in Steckrichtung gesehen), bis sich die Markierungen axial
gegenüberstehen� Stecker und Buchse trennen�
Vorsicht: Bei einer Drehbewegung über 90° wird der Steckvor-
gang wieder eingeleitet�
Disconnecting:
To disconnect the coupling, first press plug in more deeply
and at the same time turn 90° to the left (seen from the plug in
the direction of insertion) until the marks are in line with each
other� Separate plug and socket� Caution: if the plug is rotated
more than 90°, the mating process is initiated once more�
Achtung
Während dem Stecken und Trennen der Steckverbindung
16BV-GS muss der Anschluss stromlos sein� Der Schutz
gegen elektrischen Schlag muss durch das Endprodukt
gegeben sein�
Attention
The plug connector 16BV-GS must not be under load
during connection and disconnection� Protection against
electric shock must be provided by the end product�
