Die Kontaktbereiche der Stromschie-
nen können blank oder galvanisch ver-
edelt sein� Bei dynamischem Einsatz
empfehlen wir galvanisierte Oberflä-
chen, nach Möglichkeit versilbert�
Oberflächenrauheit N6-N8.

For dynamic use we recommend
silver plated contact surfaces�

Vor dem Verschrauben sind die
Oberflächen der Stromschienen im
Kontaktbereich mit einem chemisch
neutralen Lösungsmittel, z�B� Spiritus,
von Schmutz und Fett zu reinigen.
Danach ist ein Berühren der Kontakt-
bereiche unbedingt zu vermeiden!

Immediately prior to bolting the
busbars, the contact surfaces are to
be cleaned from grease and all con-
tamination with a chemically neutral
solvent, e�g� ethanol� At all costs avoid
subsequently touching the contact
surfaces!

Hartnäckige Fremdschichten (Oxyd-
schichten o�ä�) sind vor allem auf
blanken Stromschienen anschliessend
mit einer fett- und rostfreien harten
Stahldrahtbürste bzw� Schmirgeltuch
(Körnung 100-200) zu entfernen�

Adhering foreign coatings (e�g� sur-
face oxide) in particular on unplated
busbars should be cleaned with a
grease and rust-free stainless-steel
hard wire brush or with emery cloth
(grade 100-200)�

Nach der Reinigung Kontaktbereiche
sofort dünn mit Schiermittel Klüber-
lectric KR44-402-50ML (Bestell�-Nr�
73.1056) oder Kontaktspray Konta-
synth BA 100 (Bestell-Nr� 73�1051)
besprayen�
