General
The RI4 is factory calibrated. Once calibrated it will operate with
any input or output format without calibration. Youshouldnothaveto
calibratetheunitbeforeinstallation.
Allow the instrument 15 minutes of powered operation (to reach a
stable temperature) before calibration.
During calibration allow a few seconds for signals to stabilise before
accepting the value.
Equipment requirements
• A suitable Pt100 RTD Simulator (must be able to simulate Pt100 to
±0.05 % or better accuracy)
• An accurate digital multimeter (accurate to 0.05 mV and ±0.1 μA)
