• Slowly pressurize the BV.
Otherwise excessively high loads will
occur during the first start-up.
The safety start-up valve type MFHE-
... or VLHE-... should be used for
slow start-up ventilation.
• Start a test run without the endless
material.
• During the test run, check by obser-
ving the function elements whether
the BV:
– moves the feed clamp
– operates the clamps.
• Ascertain the desired number of cy-
cles.
The number of cycles of the BV
should correspond as near as possi-
ble to the number of cycles of the
machine.
This guarantees:
– optimized timed coordination of
clamping and feed
– reduction of impact energy (danger
of material slipping through)
– less wear on the mechanical parts
– highest possible feed accuracy.
• Belüften Sie das BV langsam.
Sonst treten beim ersten Anfahren
zu hohe Belastungen auf.
Zur langsamen Einschaltbelüftung
dient das Sicherheits-Einschaltventil
Typ MFHE-... oder VLHE-... .
• Starten Sie einen Probelauf ohne
Endlosmaterial.
• Prüfen Sie beim Probelauf durch Be-
obachten der Funktionselemente, ob
das BV folgende Aktionen ausführt:
– Bewegen der Vorschubbrücke
– Spannen der Zangen
• Bestimmen Sie die gewünschten Tak-
tzahlen.
Die Taktzahl des BV soll möglichst ge-
nau mit der Taktzahl der Maschine
übereinstimmen.
Dadurch ist gewährleistet:
– optimierte zeitliche Abstimmung von
Spannen und Vorschub
– Verminderung der Aufprallenergie
(Durchrutschgefahr)
– Schonung der mechanischen Teile
– höchstmögliche Vorschubgenauigkeit.
