• Fix the guide rollers at the side so that:
– narrow endless material lies central
to the notches (K) on the back of the
clamps
– wide endless material lies in
the base of the clamp (G)
– the endless material can easily be
shifted parallel to the guide rods
– the guide rollers touch the endless
material.
• Replace the protective hood on the
moving parts of the BV.
• Apply air to the compressed air con-
nection for the operation of the holding
clamp.
End settings
• Start a new test run.
• Correct the settings with the BV ven-
tilated.
• Fixieren Sie die seitlichen Führungsrol-
len so, daß folgende Punkte erfüllt
sind:
– schmales Endlosmaterial liegt mittig
ausgerichtet zu den Kerben (K) auf
dem Zangenrücken
– breites Endlosmaterial liegt im
Zangengrund (G) an.
– das Endlosmaterial läßt sich leicht
parallel zu den Führungsstangen
verschieben
– Führungsrollen berühren das Endlos-
material.
• Plazieren Sie die Schutzhaube wieder
über den beweglichen Teilen des BV.
• Belüften Sie den Druckluftanschluß
zur Betätigung der Haltezange.
Endeinstellungen
• Starten Sie einen neuen Probelauf
• Korrigieren Sie die Einstellungen
stets bei entlüftetem BV.
