Cable mounting

Spannhebel am Motorenprüfstecker
umlegen� 4 Schrauben an Gehäuse
lösen und Deckel entfernen� Am MK
bei jedem Gewindestift, bei dem ein
Kabelschuh montiert werden soll, eine
Mutter und ein U-Scheibe entfernen�
Die drei Muttern am Kabeleingang auf
die tiefste Stelle schrauben�

Turn over the clamping lever on the
motor terminal plug� Loosen 4 screws
on the casing and remove the lid�
Remove a nut and a washer on the
MK at each threaded pin on which
a cable lug is to be fitted. Screw the
three nuts to the deepest point of the
cable inlet�

Kunststoffrohr mit der Kabelverschrau-
bung am MK abschrauben und über
die vorbereitete Leitung schieben�

Unscrew the cable gland together
with plastic tube from the MK and
push it over the prepared lead�

Kabelschuhe bis zum Anschlag auf
die Einzelleiter schieben und mittels
Presszange POAG-PZ-N (Bestell-Nr�
14�5009) die Kabelschuhe verpressen�
Für Kabelschuhe 2,5 mm mit Zange
ELPRESS DKB 0325 verpressen (kann
durch MC bezogen werden)�

Push te cable lugs onto athe individual
conductors as far as they will go and
crimp by means of the POAG-PZ-N
crimping ttol (Order No� 14�5009)�
Crimp 2,5 mm cable lugs with the
ELPRESS DKB 0325 tool� (can be
obtained through MC)�

Schrumpfschlauchstücke über die Ka-
belschuhe ziehen und mittels Warm-
luftgebläse schrumpfen�

Pull the pieces of shrink tubing over
the cable lugs ans shrink them by
means of a hot-air blower�
Hinweis:
Um die schwimmende Montage
der einzelnen Spannzangen nicht
einzuschrenken, müssen die Quer-
verbindungen bei Dreieck oder Stern
Anschluss flexibel gestaltet sein
(Kabel oder Dehnverbinder).
Note:
In order not to impair the floating
mounting of the individual tongs, the
cross-connections in a star or delta
arrangement must be flexible (cables
or extending connectors).

Leitungen durch die Boh-rung im MK
einführen und auf die Gewindebolzen
stecken� U-Scheibe aufsetzen und mit
den Muttern festschrauben� Anzugs-
drehmoment siehe Tab� 1� Kunststoff-
rohr mit der Kabelverschraubung in
den MK einschrauben und beides fest
anziehen�

Insert leads through the hole in the

Position washers and thighten with
the nuts� Tightening torque, see Tab�

gland into the MK and tighten both
parts�

MK4-6 = 4 - 7 mm
MK5-6 = 4,5 - 8 mm
MK6-6 = 5 - 9 mm
MK8-6 = 7 - 17 mm
MK10-6 = 8 - 17 mm

Screw the casing lid back on� The MK
is now ready for use�
