12. Replace print roller (11) or rewind assist roller (12)
accordingly and mount it to the cover (14) and axle
(10). Take special care to set the axle and rollers into
the right holes and bushings.
13. Tighten cover (14) using the four cover screws (13).
After reassembling, the print roller,
the rewind assist roller and the
sensor axle must rotate by hand.
14. Fasten the three washers (8), locking washer, fitting
washer and rubber washer.
15. Fix the locking washer (6) on the sensor axle (10) and
fasten the label edge sensor with its axle.
16. Remount the big pulley (3) and belt (2).
17. Push the small pulley (4) correctly onto the axle and
mount the grip ring (5).
Make sure that the edge plate of the
pulley (4) faces the assembly plate!
18. Reattach the spring (1) of the belt tensioner.
19. Reassemble casing and cover.
Be sure to reattach the ground wire to
the cover!
12. Druckwalze (11) oder Umlenkrolle (12) erneuern und
zusammen mit Lagerblech (14) und Spindel (10)
montieren. Dabei Spindel, Druckwalze und Umlenkrolle
in die richtigen Bohrungen/Lagerungen einsetzen!
13. Lagerblech (14) mit 4 Schrauben (13) festschrauben.
Nach Montage müssen sich Druck-
walze und Umlenkrolle sowie Spindel
mit Hand leicht drehen lassen!
14. Gummiring, Paßscheibe und Sicherungsscheibe (8)
montieren.
15. Sicherungsscheibe (6) auf Spindel (10) der Etiketten-
lichtschranke (7) befestigen und Etikettenlichtschranke
mit Spindel festschrauben.
16. Großes Riemenrad (3) und Zahnriemen (2) montieren.
17. Kleines Riemenrad (4) in richtiger Lage auf die Achse
schieben und Greifring (5) montieren.
Bund am Riemenrad (4) muß in
Richtung Montagewand zeigen!
18. Feder (1) des Riemenspanners einhängen.
19. Verkleidung montieren.
Achten Sie auf die ordnungsgemäße
Erdungsverbindung des Gehäuses!
