5.4 Justage Kopfandruck
Messung Kopfandruck:
Bei der Messung der Kopfandruckkraft ist die Druckkopf-
abstützung außer Kraft zu setzen
(siehe Pkt. 5.5: Einstellung 2a = Abstützung unwirksam).
Die Messung des Druckkopfandrucks erfolgt indirekt.
Dazu wird ein Teflonband (2), Artikel-Nr. 5530687, zwischen
Druckkopf (3) und Druckwalze (4) gelegt und die Kraft
gemessen, die notwendig ist, um das Band zwischen
Druckkopf und Druckwalze herauszuziehen.
Sollwert: F > 10 N
Federwaage: 25 N

5.4 Adjusting the Printhead Pressure
Measuring the Printhead Pressure:
To measure the printhead pressure, disable the printhead
support
(see 5.5: Setting 2a = No support).
The printhead pressure is measured indirectly.
Place a teflon strip (2) Art. No. 553 0687 between the
printhead assembly unit (3) and the print roller (4).
Measure the force which is necessary to pull the teflon strip
out from between the printhead and the print roller.
Nominal value: F > 10 N
