Positioning pins for the printhead
must snap in at both sides!
14. Make sure that the printhead is properly aligned to the
positioning pins, then, tighten locking screw
(Fig. 22;3).
15. Fix the cable (2) to the flat cable holder (7), close it, and
push cable in the other cable holder (8).
The printhead cable must:
- be tightened;
- not touch moving parts or
hinder them.
16. Tighten the cover screws.
Make sure that the cover is properly
grounded!
17. Perform a test print. Adjust the printhead if necessary.
5.12 Wechsel LED
Netzstecker ziehen!
1. Deckel öffnen.
2. Gehäuse demontieren.
3. Steckerverbinder (Bild 24, 1) der LED vorsichtig von
der Leiterplatte abziehen.
4. Kabelhalter (Bild 24, 3) öffnen und Leitung
(Bild 24, 2) herausnehmen.

Positionierungsstifte für den Druck-
kopf müssen beidseitig einrasten!
14. Sicherstellen, daß der Druckkopf richtig in den
Stiften geführt ist, dann Feststellschraube
(Bild 22, 3) mit Schraubendreher festschrauben.
15. Druckkopfkabel (2) im Kabelhalter (7) klemmen,
Kabelhalter (7) schließen und Kabel in den Leitungs-
halter (8) drücken.
Druckkopfkabel
- muß straff gelegt sein,
- darf nicht an beweglichen Teilen
anliegen oder diese behindern.
16. Gehäuse festschrauben.
Achten Sie auf die ordnungsgemäße
Erdungsverbindung des Gehäuses!
17. Testausdruck machen, bei Bedarf Kopfjustierung
ausführen.

Unplug the power cable!
1. Open the cover.
2. Disassemble the chassis.
3. Remove the cable plug (Fig. 24;1) of the LED carefully
from the PCB.
4. Open the cable holder (Fig. 24;3) and remove the cable
(Fig. 24;2).
