Always replace the molded diaphragm, valve plates, valve
bodies, sleeves and O-rings together to maintain the pump
performance.
WARNING
Danger of explosion from generation of
explosive atmosphere!
Leaky connections can lead to dangerous explosive
atmospheres.
Î
Make sure that molded diaphragm, valve plates,
valve bodies, sleeves and O-rings are not dam-
aged, clean and properly installed.
Î
Check pneumatic pump connections for leaks.
Î
Work carefully when performing servicing.
Î
Replace defective parts immediately.
WARNING
Health hazard due to dangerous substances
in the pump!
Depending on the substance transferred, caustic
burns or poisoning are possible.
Î
Wear protective clothing if necessary, e.g.
protective gloves.
Î
Clean pump with suitable measures.
