Work steps:
• Hold actuator on square of actuator housing (Pos. 1).
• Dismount cover (Pos. 18) with special key.
• Actuator size G-100/H-125mm:
Remove disc (Pos. 29).
• Remove CFA-springs (Pos. 11, 12).
• Dismount position indicator (Pos. 15).
• Unfasten nut with (Pos. 14) ring spanner, thus counter holding in upper
spindle edge (Pos. 4) with Allan key.
• Remove piston (Po. 9) and upper support disc (Pos. 7 or 13),
CAUTION!
thus not injuring the surfaces of the actuator housing
(Pos. 1).
• Remove lower intermediate disc (Pos. 7) and o-ring (Pos. 8).
• Slightly greaes over inner sureface of actuator ring (Pos. 1):
- for PA-actuator with "Lagermeister SL"
- for PPS-actuator with "Amblygon TA 30-1".
• Insert pressure springs (Pos. 6).
• Push lower intermediate disc (Pos. 7) and o-ring (Pos.8) onto spindle
(Pos. 4) until it stops.
• Install piston with pretensioned spring into actuator housing, thus in
spindle (Pos. 6) and piston (Pos. 9) by hand, until spindle thread looks out
of bore hole. Keep piston in this position (you may use the dismounted
CFA-spring to push the piston in) .
• Slide support disc (Pos. 13) over spindle (Pos. 4).
• Wet spindle thread with liquid glue “LOCTITE 274”.
• Install nut (Pos. 14) and release CFB-spring against it.
• Firmly tighten nut (Pos. 14), thus counterholding with Allan key.
• Install position indicator (Pos. 15).
• Actuator size G-100 / H-125mm: Put on disc (Pos. 29).
• Place o-ring (Pos. 17) onto seal of actuator housing .
• Slightly grease over cover thread as on actuator housing.
• Fasten cover (Pos. 18) with special key.
• Examine valve on reliable operation and tightness.
