Work steps:
• Turn valve down and place on cover (Pos. 18).
• Separate valve body (Pos. 22) from actuator by unfastening the screws
(Pos. 24).
• Unbutton diaphragm (Pos. 21).
• Hold actuator square of the actuator housing (Pos. 1).
• Dismount cover with special key (Pos. 18).
• Dismount position indicator (Pos. 15).
• Remove spring (Pos. 11).
• Use 4.5 mm screw driver to unfasten nut (Pos. 14), and hold against on
lower spindle end (Pos. 4).
• Remove spindle (Pos. 4) and two-part pressure pieces (Pos. 5) though
the bottom.
• Push piston (Pos. 9) and other support disc (Pos. 7) through the top.
CAUTION!
Do not damage seal surfaces on actuator housing (Pos. 1)!
• Remove lower intermediate disc (Pos. 7) and o-ring (Pos. 8).
• Slightly greases over inner surface of actuator ring (Pos. 1):
- for PA-actuator with "Lagermeister SL"
- for PPS-actuator with "Amblygon TA 30-1".
• Reinsert spindle* (Pos. 4) and two-part pressure piece (Pos. 5) from
below.
• Insert pressure springs (Pos. 6).
• Push lower intermediate disc (Pos. 7) and o-ring (Pos.8) onto spindle
(Pos. 4) until it stops.
• Mount piston, thus prestressed spring (Pos. 6) with piston (Pos. 9) by
hand.
• Slide intermediate disc (Pos. 7) over spindle (Pos. 4).
• Wet spindle thread with liquid glue “LOCTITE 274”.
• Mount nut (Pos. 14) and release CFB-spring against it.
• Firmly tighten nut (Pos. 14), thus counter holding from below with 4.5mm
screw driver.
• Install position indicator (Pos. 15).
• Place o-ring (Pos. 17) onto seal of actuator housing.
• Slightly grease over cover thread as on actuator housing.
* Use mounting sleeve (see 5.2 Mandrells)
