3. PNEUMATISCHES ANSCHLUSSMODUL
3.1. Aufbau und Funktion
Das pneumatische Anschlussmodul ist Bestandteil der Anschlussscheibe. Es stellt die externe Anschlüsse zur
fluidischen Ver- und Entsorgung des Systems bereit und leitet diese weiter an die Ventile.
