Changing the electronic boards
- Remove actuator cover
- Pull indicator plate off hollow spindle completely
using tool
- Unscrew 3 securing screws of the electronic
board, remove cable connections to the
appliance plugs (only connection type F), to the
potentiometer and motor connection boards
- Change electronic board
Attention: With the 24V/AS-version first remove/
replace the motor connection cable under the
circuit board!
- Reconnect the cables according to the
connection numbers on the circuit boards.
- Reset the standard signal.
Changing the potentiometer boards
- Remove actuator cover
- Pull indicator plate off hollow spindle completely
using tool
- Unscrew electronic board as described above
- Unscrew 2 stay bolts and 1 fillister head cap
screw M4x10 from potentiometer board (upper
circuit board)
- Versions B, D, E and H: unscrew fillister head
cap screw in the terminal and remove
Attention: When removing and replacing the
limit switch do not bend the limit switch out of
line on the cam !
- Slide in new complete circuit board into the
circuit board guide.
- Reassemble in reverse order.
