Insert the M2x6 bolts (2) into the holes of the pulley flange (4). Now place the whole unit onto the main pulley (1) and
stick the bolts into the holes of the main pulley. Place the hex nuts (3) on the second pulley flange, and apply some
threadlock into the threads of the hex nuts. In the next step, the second pulley flange is placed on the main pulley and the
bolts are tightened a bit. After that tighten the bolts very carefully and in a cross pattern.
Please make sure that you are
not over tighten the bolts to avoid tension and deformation.
Stecken sie zunächst die M2x6 Schrauben (2) durch die Riemenradabdeckung (4). Nun wird die Riemenradabdeckung
auf das Hauptriemenrad (1) gelegt, wobei die Schrauben (2) durch die dafür vorgesehenen Löcher gesteckt werden. Jetzt
werden die Muttern (3) in die zweite Riemenradabdeckung gelegt und in das Gewinde etwas Schraubensicherung
aufgetragen. Im nächsten Schritt wird die zweite Riemenradabdeckung auf das Hauptriemenrad gelegt und die Schrauben
zunächst angelegt und später über kreuz angezogen.
Bitte achten Sie darauf, die Schrauben wirklich nur leicht
anzuziehen um Verspannungen und Verzug zu vermeiden.
