First, push the two rubber grommets (2) through the holes in
the canopy (4). With a small 1.5 mm hex driver you can press
the bulge of the grommets though the holes, but be careful and
don‘t damage the rubber with the sharp edges on the tool.
Put the canopy mount (3) onto the holder (6) and assemble the
canopy on the helicopter.
Once you have centered the canopy
(4) by hand transfer the holes on the bottom with a
permanent marker onto the canopy mount (3).
Drill the holes
with a 2mm drill into the mount. Now you can tighten the two
screws (5) carefully. It is recommended to use some epoxy
between the canopy mount (3) and canopy (4).
Zunächst werden die beiden Gummitüllen (2) durch die Löcher
in der Haube (4) geschoben. Mit einem kleinen 1,5mm
Innensechskant-Schraubendreher können Sie hier etwas am
Wulst hebeln, was die Montage erleichtert. Seien Sie hierbei
Vorsichtig und beschädigen Sie nicht das Gummi.
Der Haubenhalter (3) wird auf den Halter (6) am Heli geschoben
und die Haube aufgesetzt.
Nachdem man die Haube (4) von
Hand ausgemittelt hat, werden mit einem Permanentmarker
die Bohrungen der Haube auf den Haubenhalter übertragen
und dieLöcher mit einem 2mm Bohrer vorgebohrt.
Die
beiden Schrauben (5) werden nun vorsichtig und nicht zu fest
eingeschraubt und angezogen. Es empfiehlt sich, etwas Epoxid-
Harz zwischen Haubenhalter (3) und Haube (4) aufzutragen.
Use some grease (for example vaseline)
on the rubber grommets for easier
mounting.
Benutzen Sie etwas Fett (zum Beispiel
Vaseline) um die Gummitüllen leichter
auf die Haubenhalter drücken zu können.

It might be necessary to increase the diameter of the
predrilled holes in the canopy to 6mm!
