5.9 Drucksteuerventil
Das Drucksteuerventil ist in der Saugleitung zwischen Vakuumpumpe und
Eiskondensatorkammer installiert und unterbricht in festgelegten
Prozessphasen den Volumenstrom zur Vakuumpumpe (s. Kap. 2.2.1 -
"Gefriertrocknung allgemein").
VORSICHT
Das Drucksteuerventil muss in Richtung des Volumenstroms in der
gekennzeichneten Einbaurichtung installiert sein (siehe Abbildung).
