2. Operation
For hitching and unhitching, the regulations of the relevant
authorities must be observed.
No personnel may be standing between the vehicles!
2.1 Hitching
x Remove the cotter pin and pull out the locking bolt.
x Lift the latch (N) and swing it to the left.
x Place the towing device over the ball or spigot.
x Lower it using a suitable device (support foot).
x Press the latch (N) onto the ball/piton (see Fig. 6).
x Insert the locking bolt and secure with the cotter pin.
2.2 Unhitching
x Secure the trailer against rolling away.
x Remove the cotter pin and pull out the locking bolt.
x Swing the latch (N) backwards.
x Use a suitable device (support foot) to lift the drawbar.
x Move the tractor vehicle forwards.
