Montieren der Anschlussdose

Biegen Sie den Flachbandleiter des
Moduls so, dass es senkrecht zur
Oberfl äche des Moduls steht. Schnei-
den Sie es auf eine Länge von 23mm
zu. (ill. 8)
Bend module ribbon so that it is per-
pendicular to the module surface. Trim
to 23mm.

Tragen Sie Klebstoff auf die Unterseite
der Anschlussdose auf. Es empfi ehlt
sich, eine Oberfl ächenbehandlung
(z.B. Koronaentladung, Plasmabe-
handlung oder Haftgrundierung)
vorzunehmen, um die Haftfähigkeit
und Abziehfestigkeit der montierten
Anschlussdosen zu verbessern. (ill. 9)
Apply adhesive to the bottom surface
of the junction box. Surface treatment
(such as coronal discharge, plasma
treatment or adhesive primer) is rec-
ommended to increase the adhesion
quality and pull off strength of of the
mounted junction box.

Drehen Sie die Anschlussdose um,
richten Sie den Flachbandleiter des
Moduls auf die Flachbandleiter-
Eintrittsöffnung an der Unterseite der
Anschlussdose aus und bringen Sie
die Dose an der Oberfl äche des Panels
an. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass
die Oberfl äche dem Flachbandleiter
nicht mit Klebstoff verschmutzt wird.
Drücken Sie fest und gleichmässig auf
die Anschlussdose, bis sie ganz an der
Oberfl äche des Moduls anliegt. (ill. 10)
Flip the junction box over, align
module ribbon with the ribbon entry
window in the bottom of the junc-
tion box and lower the box down to
the panel surface. Take care not to
contaminate the ribbon surface with
adhesive during this operation. Press
fi rmly and evenly on the junction box
until it is completely seated to the
module surface.

Schliessen Sie das Modul entweder
durch Widerstandsschweissen (bevor-
zugt) oder Löten an. (ill. 11)
By either resistance welding (pre-
ferred) or soldering, terminate the
module.

Knicken Sie die Anschlusslasche um
90° vom Kabel weg in die Waage-
rechte. (ill. 12)
Fold termination tab 90° away from
the cable to the horizontal position.
