Füllen Sie mit der Auftragsvorrich-
tung den mittleren Hohlraum der
Anschlussdose bis zur Oberkante
der Hohlraumumrandung mit Ver-
siegelungsmasse. Füllen Sie nicht zu
viel Versiegelungsmasse ein. Wenn
sich die Versiegelungsmasse nicht
selbstständig im Hohlraum verteilt,
achten Sie darauf, dass das Material
beim Auftragen so gleichmässig wie
möglich verteilt wird und die Bereiche
unter den Schweisslaschen ausgefüllt

up to the top edge of the cavity walls.
Do not over-fi ll. If the encapsulate is
not self-levelling, make certain the dis-
pensing method spreads the material
as evenly as possible taking care to fi ll
out the areas under the welding tabs.

Press lid into place fi rmly and evenly
until it is fully seated into place and
both snap fi ts are engaged. Note that
the lid will intentionally displace some
potting material which will be cap-
tured by the secondary well.
Aushärten der Vergussmasse und
des Dichtmittels
Im Idealfall (und je nach Viskosität der
Vergussmasse) sollte die Anschluss-
dose so lange in der Waagerechten
verbleiben, bis die Vergussmasse
fest ist. Eine andere Ausrichtung ist
möglich, sollte jedoch genau geprüft
werden, um zu gewährleisten, dass
die Vergussmasse nicht aus dem
mittleren Hohlraum austritt, bevor sie
fest ist. Curing of the Pottant and sealant
Ideally, (and depending on pottant vis-
cosity) the junction box should remain
horizontal until pottant has cured to a
gelled state. Other orientations may
be possible, but should be examined
closely to ensure that pottant does not
leak from the central cavity prior to
reaching the gelled state.
