5. Einstellen der Endschalter

Standardmäßig
werden induktive Näherungs-
schalter eingesetzt, um den elektrischen Antrieb
stillzusetzen, bevor die mechanische Endlage
erreicht ist. Die Position dieser Endschalter ergibt
sich aus der bei der Bestellung festgelegten
Hublänge
und ist nachträglich nicht mehr
veränderbar. Optional ist es möglich, ein Wege-
Meßsystem anzubauen.

Einstellen des optimalen Tastabstandes:
1. SPIRACON-Mutter, die sich im Schutzrohr
befindet, vollständig unter die Schalteröffnung
positionieren.
2. Näherungsschalter in das Gehäuse eindrehen,
bis das Gerät umschaltet.
3. Näherungsschalter vorsichtig solange weiter
eindrehen, bis er die SPIRACON-Mutter gerade
berührt; die hierzu nötige Anzahl an
Umdrehungen notieren.
4. Schalter wieder um die Hälfte der notierten
Umdrehungen ausdrehen. Da das
Außengewinde des Näherungsschalters eine
Steigung von 1mm hat, ergibt sich so ein
Tastabstand von ca. 2,5 mm.
5. Korrekte Funktion der Schalter durch manuelles
Bewegen der SPIRCON-Mutter kontrollieren.

5. Adjusting the limit switches
!
Standard proximity switches are used to cut off the
electrical drive before the final position is reached.
The positions of these limit switches are fixed and
are not adjustable. The position is determined by
the length of stroke specified by order and cannot
be changed at a later date. The mounting of a
position-measuring system is possible as an option.

Adjusting the best possible sensing distance:
1. Position the SPIRACON-nut assembly to cover
the opening of the switch.
2. Screw the proximity switch into the housing until
the unit switches over.
3. Continue carefully to turn the proximity switch
until it touches the SPIRACON Nut assembly;
please take note of the necessary amount of
turns.
4. Turn the switch half the necessary amount of
turns in the other direction. As the pitch of the
outer thread of the proximity switch is 1mm, the
sensing distance results in approximately
2,5mm.
5. Check the correct function of the switches by
moving the SPIRACON-nut assembly manually.

nommen werden, wenn sämtliche
End schalter angeschlossen und
korrekt eingestellt wurden
