8. Wartung
Schmierung des Hubzlinders
Das Abschmieren der SPIRACON-Mutter und des
Lagergehäuses erfolgt durch die entsprechenden
Schmiervorrichtungen.
Die Schmiervorrichtung der SPIRACON-Mutter ist
durch die Schmieröffnung am Zylinderge-häuse
zugänglich,
sobald die Mutter auf die
Schmierposition gefrahren wurde.
Schmierintervall: Alle 6 Monate
Standardfett:

SPIRACON-Mutter ; ROCOL MTS 1000

Lagergehäuse: Mobilgrease HP 222

Schmierung des Getriebes

Prüfintervall: Der Ölstand im Getriebe muß alle
drei Monate geprüft und gegebenenfalls Öl
nachgefüllt werden

Ölwechselintervall: Nach zwei Jahren oder
10.000 Betriebsstunden:


8. Maintenance
Lubrication of the actuator
Lubrication of the SPIRACON-nut assembly and
the bearing housing by the corresponding
lubricating points.
With the SPIRACON-nut assembly in the correct
position, the lubrication point is accessible through
the access plug on the outer tube.
Lubrication interval: every 6 months
standard grease type:



bearing housing: Mobilgrease HP 222

Lubrication of the gearbox

Inspection interval: the oil level of the gear-box
must be checked every 3 months and, if
necessary, oil must be topped up.

Oil change interval: after two years or 10,000
operating hours

standard oil: mineral oil Shell OMALA 220

nommen werden.
