One-armed rowing

Position:
Support your body with the left arm and leg on the bench. Hold the barbell tight with a
nearly outstretched arm (fig. 14). Make sure that you keep your back straight throughout
the whole routine!

Movement:
Pull the barbell up to your chest, keeping your arm tight to your body (fig. 15).
Then lower the barbell slowly. When you have completed this exercise, turn round onto
the other side of your body and complete the exercise with the left arm.
