Extension flashes.

Press the Control buttons (up/down) several
times to enter the first digit of the extension
number.

Press the Control button (right) to move to
the next digit.

Enter the second digit of the extension (and
any additional digits) as described above (in
the example: 41).
Press the Softkey to the right of option Exten-
sion to complete your entry.
The cursor stops flashing.
Press the Stop key several times to return to
the Idle menu.
Press the Softkey to the right of the symbol
for the mailbox.
The symbol flashes.
Press the Message key and hold it down to
initialise recording of an OGM.
You hear a short tone. The dis-
play shows a microphone.
Record your OGM. The OGM must be at least
3 seconds long (see display).
Release the Message key to end your record-
ing.

Answer mode.
(Press the Softkey to the right of option
Answer only mode to play an OGM without
allowing callers to leave a message.)
The OGM you have just
recorded is played back to you.
