Step 6: Setting up Function keys for the Private Mailbox

Right-mouse click the button for the next
key, and left-mouse click „VoiceMail Center:
defined“ to assign the Voicemail function to
another free first-level Function key.
In the Number of the VoiceMail box field,
enter the internal number of your Voicemail
Center 461.2 (in the example: 37).
In the Name field, enter a name of your choice
(in the example: Mailbox 1).
In the Type of the VoiceMail box field, select
option Single mailbox.
In the Mailbox for S (only for single mail-
box) field, enter the internal number of the
system telephone that is set up for this mailbox
(in the example: 41).
In the Remote control code field, enter the
Access Code for the mailbox (in the example:
4141).
Click the „Save“ button.
Click the „COMfort“ button and choose the
internal number/MSN of the appropriate sys-
tem telephone to save the system telephone's
changed configuration.
