Step 3: Configuring the settings for receiving and sending text messages

The changes made to the COMmander Business configuration differ from the example
shown here. Please contact the administrator for your PBX system.
Select the external SMS number (in the exam-
ple: 999111) of your Voicemail Center 461.2
(in the example: 37).
This setting allows Voicemail Center 461.2 to
receive text messages via the number you
have specified. When you send text mes-
sages, this number is transmitted to the recipi-
ent.
Click „Subscriber settings ... Exchange line
authorization for business calls“ to open
the page for assigning exchange line authori-
zations.
Select option "Full" (full exchange line authori-
zation) for your Voicemail Center 461.2 (in the
example: 37).
This setting allows Voicemail Center 461.2 to
send text messages to any number you
require.
(Configure the same setting for "Exchange
line authorization for private calls".)
Click the „Save“ button.
Click the „PBX“ button to save the PBX sys-
tem’s changed configuration.
