Recording OGMs for the Global Mailbox

To record an OGM in "Announcement Only" mode, press the Softkey F until the display
shows "announcem. only" before you start recording.

Press the Function key you have set up as
„VoiceMail Center: defined“ (Refer to
page 48 ff for a description of how to set up
this key. In the "Type of the Voicemail" field,
select the option Global Mailbox (not the
option Single Mailbox).
Alternatively, access this function via the sec-
ond level (see
page 58 ).

Lift the receiver.
Press the e Softkey to switch to the second
level.
Press the F Softkey to initialise recording of
an OGM.
Use the
u
and
D
Softkeys to browse to the
OGM you require, and press the o Softkey.
Voicemail Center 461.2 plays a
voice message, asking you to
record your OGM.
Record your OGM. The OGM must be at least
3 seconds long.
Press the
8
Softkey to end your recording.
The OGM you have just re-
corded is played back to you.
