Accessing the Voicemail functions via the second level
If you have not set up a "Voicemail Center: defined" Function key, you can use the mailboxes
as described below.
System telephone:
Press the e Softkey to switch from the Idle
menu to the second level.
VoiceMail
Press the Softkey next to VoiceMail to initial-
ise the "Voicemail" function.
Only for operating several Voicemail Center
461.2 units on your PBX system:
Use the u and D Softkeys to browse to the
option you require, and press the
X
Softkey to
the left of the option:
ț [Name]: Selects a Voicemail Center 461.2
by name.

option you require, and press the X Softkey to
the left of the option:
ț global mailbox: Selects the Global Mailbox.
ț private mailbox: Selects the Private Mail-
box.

PIN: ****-
Enter the Access Code for the mailbox you
require.
Press the o Softkey to complete your entry.
