Vorbereiten der Leitung Cable preparation

Der zu verwendende Leitungstyp ist
POF (Plastic Optical Fibre). Aussen-Ø
2,2mm, Faser Ø 1mm.
Die POF-Leitung auf die gewünschte
Länge abschneiden und zum Ab-
schleifen der Schnittstelle in der Po-
lierscheibe fi xieren. Die Leitung muss
dabei ca. 0,5mm vorstehen. (ill. 5)
The used cable type is POF (Plastic
Optical Fibre). Outside-Ø 2,2mm,
fi bre Ø 1mm.
Cut the POF cable to the desired
length. Insert and fi x the cable into
the polishing disc. The cable should
protrude approx. 0,5mm.

Grind down the fi bre end with the
polishing disc and polishing paper,
1000 grit.
Hinweis:
Der Polierbogen muss mit Wasser
benetzt werden.

ted with wather.
